iii. Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 3000. For orders below Rs. 3000, a shipping fee of Rs. 100 will be applicable.
iv. Shipping Time: Orders are usually delivered within 4-5 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location and courier partner.
v. Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with tracking information.
vi. Shipping Locations: We ship our products throughout India.
vii. Delivery Issues: If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
2. Return Policy:
i. Wrong Item or Size: If you receive the wrong item or size, we will provide a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
ii. Damaged or Defective item: If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will provide a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
iii. Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect shipping address, resulting in the package being returned to us, additional shipping fees will be charged to resend the package to the correct address.
iv. Return Shipping Costs: If you wish to return an item for reasons other than those mentioned above, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
v. Return Eligibility: All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags intact. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
vi. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide return instructions and process the return once we receive the returned item.
vii. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed as per the payment mode selected at the time of order placement. The refund process may take up to 7 to 14 working days.
